Program Design
SERVICES

We build on our extensive experience and knowledge of best practices in program design to develop tailored approaches that ensure local ownership and take into account each program’s unique context. We take pride in our ability to design impactful and relevant interventions that meet client objectives and beneficiary needs and incorporate stakeholder buy-in.
A key feature of our program design methodology is the engagement of women, youth, and other underserved populations in the entire program cycle. We also engage local partners in program design and build their capacity to develop follow-on activities or entirely new programs.
We design programs for diverse clients, including USAID, other bilateral donors, multilateral agencies, multinational companies, foundations, and international and local NGOs. Our client-focused and responsive approach ensures that our programs achieve desired outcomes. Pilot testing and feedback mechanisms are embedded in our design to allow us to assess the impact of activities and adapt approaches to maximize results.
